Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Brewpass ("the Service") is provided by Bono Tech ("we", "us", "Bono Tech"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Bono Tech on these terms.

2. The Service

Brewpass is a multi-tenant software platform that lets a coffee shop publish a branded digital menu, take pickup and dine-in orders, run a loyalty points programme, manage staff order tickets, and issue WiFi vouchers. Each cafe operates its own workspace.

3. Acceptance and authority

Continued use of the Service means you accept these terms and any updates published on this page. If you use Brewpass on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to contract.

4. Your account

  • You must provide accurate account and cafe information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including activity by staff you invite.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam, or deceptive offers;
  • upload content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, penetration attempts, scraping, or circumventing technical or plan limits;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. Bono Tech retains all ownership of the Service, its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of your own content (menus, images, cafe details) and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Service level

We work to keep Brewpass available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Brewpass subscriptions are sold on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on our pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give notice first. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify Bono Tech against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. General

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bono Tech is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact Bono Tech through the support channel in your dashboard. Billing questions are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.
